We would like to appreciate so much the Uganda Parliament for the excellent services done.

We believe that apart from the normal required roles of Parliament, there’s a lot in fact unexplainable beneficial issues that our Parliament has tackled which ranks it one of the best on the continent of the black man.

With the position and reputation that the Uganda Parliament has, we have considered it inevitable to seek utility of its status in order to make this a stepping stone for the rest of the world.

We would like to have a prayer moment for our country;

The fact that there’s a lot left to be desired and many challenges facing our blessed Nation which have led to massive blows to the economy, moral fiber, social aspects and storms in leadership of various institutions.

We believe that there’s a God in heaven above all things, the creator of the universe and whom we’re confident that at his intervention our country will flourish again and we shall therefore reclaim the Dream of our Nation.

A lot has been said by politicians and nationals yet little has changed, we therefore see God as the only redeemer of the Pearl of Africa.

At this time we hereby seek your permission and involvement for a two (2) hour session of prayer between 3:00pm-5:00pm on Thur 22nd Apr 2010 in the Parliamentary Conference Hall so that we lift this Nation into the hands of Yawe.

We expect upon invitation all religious leaders, Government officials, Members of Parliament, Culture Leaders or there representatives, Press& Media and Citizens of the magnificent land.

We shall ask at least a television and a radio station to cover this event live to enable the rest of the country follow the events.

The very important reason why we choose and wish the Parliament to host this is that it will be a point of contact in its position as a legislative body for God’s manifestation and of course it will be the best venue for these important citizens yet we still at the moment have little funds.

If in case the date stipulated could be occupied, please notify us about the appropriate but we think hope that would be the best for thorough preparations and arrangements.

We believe that God chose and appointed you for this office and position exclusively for moments like these, we therefore request you to consider and allow this to happen.

We would equally like this to be an annual event and pray that the rest of African Legislative bodies adopt it.

Through out this PRAYER MOMENT reconciliation, some entertainment, refreshments, togetherness and total submission to God will prevail.

It will not be a moment to criticize or blame any body for the wrongs that have occurred but a time to Reclaim the Goal and Dream of our fore fathers who shed blood for our nation and this shall the true identification of who our land is even to those who will come after us.
